It's been our experience that the average birthday party is 3 hours long.
Of course, some parties or events last much longer so if you need more then 3 hours and if our schedule allows, we can definitely stay as long as the kids need us.
Let us know during the reservation process or give us call so we can make a custom event just for you.

Once you've selected the correct option, click button to "make a reservation"
Enter your info and click submit.
It's that simple!
From now on everything is done
via text and email.
First you'll receive a confirmation
of your reservation.
Your reservation will then be
processed and returned via email
or text with all your party details
and a payment link through
our client portal.
$100 is the deposit amount (nonrefundable)
but you have the option to pay
in full or any amount; even make
smaller payments, up to 3 days
before your event.
where do we park?
Parking in the street curbside
is always our first option.
The Video Game Trailer and Truck
is about 55 feet
long and 8 1/2 feet wide.
We generally use up all the space
in front of your home
including (but not always blocking)
the driveway.
So we ask that you reserve this
area and have it clear for
when we arrive.
We also understand parking in the
street may not always work.
Please let us know prior to the date
of your event if you have a different place in mind to park the video game trailer so we can plan accordingly, in case
we need to make
any special arrangements with parking.
1. Damage
We do not want to damage your
property or our property.
Please be aware of your location when making a reservation.
Our driver is very experienced and professional and will not attempt anything that will cause damage to
your property or our property.
2. Driveways
May not always be long or wide
enough and can take away from the
party experience if trailer is facing
away from the party.
3. Time
Attempting to enter or position
game trailer may take time away from
your party.
4. Community Events
We consider all factors when attempting to maneuver and position our game trailer for large events.
We always want to be first in and know that we will most likely be last out.
Mostly due to (a) foot traffic &
(b) other vendors.
( load in and out fee may apply due to added time )
Arrival Time
Retro Rolling Video Games always arrives at least 1/2 hour before your reservation time.
1. Private Home Birthday Party
(we arrive 1/2 hour before start time)
Please have space in front of your home reserved
with cones, trash cans or your vehicles
2. School Event
(we arrive 45 min to an hour before start time)
Please have a staff member of your school available to open the
gate and stage the location
3. Public Park
(we arrive 45 min to an hour before start time)
Please arrive early to reserve parking for the game truck
4. City or Community Events
(we arrive 45 min to an hour sometimes earlier
with special accommodations)
Please have a contact person on-site with a map or knowledge
of the logistics to direct us to our location

We encourage everyone to play from little toddlers to grandparents we do not want anyone to be left out.
For your littles, we have pretend game controllers that don't work but let's them think they're in the game.
For parents, we have The Retro Stations on the outside TVs that include old school original Nintendo consoles so parents can play games like Super-Mario, Contra, Tecmo Bowl, Pac-Man and many more fun Old School games from the 80's

When the Video Game Trailer is all set up and ready to be played we gather up
the guests and give a quick introduction along
with game truck rules.
"Hi! My name is Game Pro
I'm here if you need any help.
No food or open drink containers.
Keep your shoes on the ground"
stuff like that.
The guest of honor is presented with his or her
very own VIP Badge and is now granted access
into the game trailer.
This is a perfect time for the parent
to record and follow the guest of honor into the Video Game Trailer
to capture their child's excitement.

We understand every family has their own comfort level when it comes to mature games.
So if you're comfortable with the kids playing all games no problem!
If you want to restrict M-Matures games like GTA5 or Call of Duty type
games, let us know and we'll keep
the party at the level you're
comfortable with.

It's been a great 3 hour video game party.
The kids had a blast and it's time to end the party.
15 min prior to the end of the party
we announce to your guests that the video game party will end soon.
And let them know they will soon transition to...

When your guests exit the
video game truck
we begin to shut off all games, TVs,
put controllers away, and
pick up our cones and banners.
We always try our best to
say goodbye but sometimes we see you're busy hosting your event so
we quietly pack up and drive away so you can enjoy the rest of your party.
